Welcome to Rockhouse Kids!

At Rockhouse Kids, we know that there is nothing like the faith of a child! With that in mind, and no matter the age, we empower kids in their faith to know that they are Loved by God, Created by God, Known in God, & Sent by God.

Rockhouse Kids is way more than childcare while the adults have real church. We bring concepts down to kids’ levels developmentally but we take to heart where Jesus talks about the kingdom of Heaven belonging to the kids!

We partner with parents in introducing the love of Jesus to their kids! We know that with a relationship with Him as their foundation, the sky’s the limit!

Age Groups

Nursery

In our Nursery, we want every child to begin with one foundational truth: God loves them. Through a safe, nurturing environment, simple Bible truths, and caring leaders, we want our youngest children to experience the love of God that will become a foundation for everything they learn about Him as they grow. “We love because he first loved us.” — 1 John 4:19 (NIV)

6 WEEKS - POTTY TRAINED

Little Kids

In Little Kids, children will build on the foundational truth that God loves them and begin discovering that God created them intentionally and uniquely. Through Bible stories, worship, and engaging activities, we want children to understand that they are known, loved, and made by God for a purpose. “I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” — Psalm 139:14 (NIV)

TODDLERS - KINDER

In Big Kids, children will build on the truths that God loves them and God created them as they discover that God fully knows them—their thoughts, feelings, strengths, struggles, and everything that makes them who they are. We want kids to understand that they can have a real and personal relationship with the God who knows them completely and loves them deeply. “You have searched me, LORD, and you know me.” — Psalm 139:1 (NIV)

1ST - 3RD GRADE

Big Kids

n Preteens, students will build on the truths that God loves them, God created them, and God fully knows them as they discover that God sends them to live out their faith and make a difference in the world around them. We want preteens to understand that God has created them with purpose and that they can follow Jesus, serve others, and live out His mission right now. “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” — Ephesians 2:10 (NIV)

FAQs

  • Rockhouse Kids is offered at 10:30am.

  • You’ll find our team ready to greet you at check in! Check in begins 15 minutes before each service and check out lasts for 15 minutes following service end.

  • Our kids area is a completely secured area. Upon checking in your child, you will receive a parent tag that permits you to enter the kids area. This tag will be required in order to pick up your child, as well.

  • Because our kids area is a secure area, only our background checked team members are permitted in the classrooms. We have an experienced team and many leaders who are capable of making sure each child is well cared for. If your child needs your attention, we will contact you via text message.


  • Please don’t check in kids if:

    • They are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms

    • They have had a fever above 99° (without medicine) within the last 24 hours

    • They have had diarrhea within the last 24 hours

    • They have vomited within the last 24 hours

    • They have green discharge from nose

    • They have pink eye

    • They have a persistent, deep-sounding cough

    • They have Strep Throat (child should have started antibiotics more than 24 hours before attending)

    • They have a contagious disease (flu, measles, rubella, mumps, whooping cough, meningitis)

    • They have any open and/or weeping sores or wounds

    • They have any unexplained and/or contagious rash (chicken pox, boils, ringworm, Hand Foot Mouth, impetigo)

    • They have lice or scabies
