Cody Mondanton
(Lead Pastor)
Hi! My name is Cody Montandon, and I am the Lead Pastor of Rockhouse Church. I am primarily responsible for the overall leadership of the church, and for teaching on Sundays. I also work in any other area of the church that needs me. I have a passion for sharing the love of God with people who have never experienced it, and then helping them experience a life they never dreamed they could live. The first thing I like for people to know about me is that Jesus is the most important thing in my life. He has forgiven me for my sins, and given me a new life that is far greater than I could have ever experienced otherwise. It is a life of peace, contentment, satisfaction, and FUN! I have been married to the most beautiful woman in the world. Angie is the greatest thing to ever happen to me. We have three beautiful children and two hyperactive dogs. I have been a pastor for over eleven years, and decided that God wanted me to start a brand new church from scratch!

INTERESTS AND FAVORITES
PLACES: The farm I grew up on in West Texas. I also love Cozumel, Mexico, ballparks, restaurants, and the mall!
MUSIC: Rock and Classic Country. I also like Classical and Rap!
BOOKS: Any kind of suspense/thriller, leadership stuff, and the Bible.
TV: Football, baseball, 24, The History Channel, and The Comedy Channel.
FOOD: I have never tried a food I don't like. I am the most unpicky eater you’ll ever meet. For real! Favorites include Hibachi, Mexican, and just about anything from a concession stand!
SPORTS TEAMS: Texas Tech Red Raiders, Cowboys, Astros, Rangers, Texas Longhorns, and Mavericks.
MOVIES: Suspense and Comedy. All time favorites include Footloose, Friday Night Lights, Chronicles of Narnia, and Silence of the Lambs.
HOBBIES: Sports, guns, working in the yard, reading, playing cards, watching TV and spending time with my family.
DISLIKES: Mosquitoes, Weeds, and Flies.
ODD FACT: It takes me an hour to get ready in the morning.
